This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your
information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection
and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The
following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our
Service.
- Application refers to Change, the software program provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers
to DubaiSolve.
- Country refers to: United Kingdom
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a
digital tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Health Data refers to information about Your physical health, fitness activities,
nutrition, and wellness.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the
Company.
- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website
through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the
Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal
entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with or collect certain personally identifiable
information. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address (when registering with email/password or through Google Sign-In)
- Name (if provided during registration or through Google Sign-In)
- Subscription and Purchase Information (related to Google Play Billing and Apple App Store transactions)
- Usage Data (detailed below)
Health and Fitness Data
Change is a health and fitness coaching application. To provide personalized coaching and tracking, we collect
the following health-related data:
Data You Provide Directly:
- Body Measurements: Weight, height, age, gender, body fat percentage
- Fitness Goals: Weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance targets
- Nutrition Data: Food logs, meals, calorie intake, macronutrient information
- Workout Data: Exercise logs, workout routines, sets, reps, weights
- Water Intake: Daily hydration tracking
Data from Health Connect / Apple Health (with Your Permission):
- Activity Recognition: To detect when you're exercising and sync activity data with your
fitness plan
- Active Calories Burned: To track energy expenditure from workouts and adjust calorie
targets
- Distance: To track walking, running, and cycling distances for workout calculations
- Exercise Sessions: To sync workouts from other fitness apps and wearables
- Steps: To track daily step count and progress toward step-based goals
- Total Calories Burned: To calculate accurate daily energy expenditure for nutrition
targets
- Sleep Data: To assess recovery, calculate readiness scores, and provide rest
recommendations
- Heart Rate: To track exercise intensity and validate reported effort levels
- Resting Heart Rate: To calculate readiness scores and detect overtraining or illness
patterns
Data from Google Calendar (with Your Permission):
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access the following information to help our AI coach
assist with your scheduling and planning:
- Calendar Events: Event titles, times, dates, and locations from your Google Calendar(s)
- Calendar List: Names of your available calendars to let you choose which to sync
How We Use Your Calendar Data:
- Display your calendar events alongside your fitness plan in the app's calendar view
- Allow our AI coach to consider your schedule when suggesting workout times
- Help you avoid scheduling conflicts between personal events and planned workouts
- Write planned workouts to your Google Calendar (with your permission)
Storage: Calendar events within a 4-week rolling window are stored in your private Firestore
collection (calendar_events/{your_user_id}/items). This data is only accessible to you when
logged in.
Limited Use Disclosure: Change's use and transfer to any other app of information received
from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Why We Collect Health Data: This health and fitness data is essential for the core functionality
of the Change app. Our AI coach uses this information to:
- Calculate personalized calorie and macro targets based on your goals
- Track your progress toward weight and fitness goals
- Provide coaching nudges and recommendations when you're off track
- Generate daily readiness scores to optimize training and recovery
- Create personalized workout and meal plans
AI Chat Data
When You interact with our AI coaching features:
- Text Messages: We collect the text content of messages You send to the AI coach
- AI Responses: We store the responses generated by our AI system
- Images: If You use photo-based food logging, we process images of meals to identify
nutritional content
This data is used to provide personalized coaching responses and improve the AI's ability to assist with your
health goals.
YouTube API Services
Change uses YouTube API Services to search and recommend fitness and nutrition videos when you request them in
the AI chat. We may temporarily store limited YouTube video metadata (such as video IDs, titles, channel names,
thumbnails, and other metadata returned by the YouTube API) as part of your chat history so you can return to
previous conversations and video suggestions. We do not download or store video files.
Retention: We store YouTube video metadata for no longer than 30 days. After 30 days, this
metadata is automatically deleted or refreshed via a new API request before it is shown again. If you delete
your account or request deletion of your data, all associated YouTube-related data will be deleted within 7
days.
By using Change's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs, including YouTube API Services,
will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We also
refer you to the Google Privacy Policy.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include:
- Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Device type, operating system, and version
- App screens visited and features used
- Time and date of visits
- Daily chat session counts (for subscription limit tracking)
- Crash logs and diagnostic data
- Firebase Installation ID for push notifications
Device Storage and Local Data
We store certain information on your device (such as app preferences, cached content, and authentication
tokens) to keep the Service running smoothly. If you use a web version of the Service, we may use cookies or
local storage for similar purposes.
Information from Third-Party Social Media Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through Google Sign-In. If You register
through Google, We may collect Your name and email address for authentication and account setup.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data and Health Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including AI coaching, progress tracking, and
personalized recommendations
- To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration and authentication as a user of the
Service
- To manage Your Subscription: To determine your subscription tier, enforce usage limits,
process payments, and manage subscription status
- To provide personalized coaching: To analyze your health data and provide tailored
nutrition and fitness recommendations
- To calculate targets: To compute personalized calorie, macro, and activity goals based on
your data
- To track progress: To monitor your progress toward goals and adjust recommendations
accordingly
- To send notifications: To send coaching nudges, reminders, and progress updates (with your
permission)
- To improve our Service: To analyze usage patterns and improve app functionality
- For business transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of Company assets, or
acquisition
Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share Your information with the following parties:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication, database storage (Firestore), cloud functions, push
notifications, and analytics
- Google AI / Gemini: For AI-powered coaching responses and food recognition from images
- YouTube API Services (Google): To fetch video metadata and recommendations when you
request them
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: To process subscription purchases and manage
subscription status
- FatSecret API: To search and retrieve nutritional information for food logging
We do not sell Your personal data or health data to third parties.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Firebase Firestore with the following collections:
- User profiles and settings
- Food logs and nutrition data
- Workout logs and exercise history
- Weight and biometric history
- AI chat session history
- Daily progress summaries
- Subscription status
- Synced calendar events (from Google Calendar and device calendars)
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data and Health Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set
out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your data to:
- Provide the Service while Your account is active
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial records for 7 years)
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
YouTube data retention: Any YouTube API Data stored in chat history (such as video IDs, titles,
thumbnails, and channel names) is retained for no longer than 30 days and is deleted or refreshed within that
time window.
Account Deletion
You can delete your Change account and all associated data at any time:
- Open the Change app
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account (red button)
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
What gets deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email, goals, biometrics)
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Your synced Google Calendar data stored in the app
- Your AI chat session history and memories
- Any YouTube-related data stored in your chat history (video metadata)
What is retained (anonymized):
- Logged meals, workouts, and weight entries (no longer linked to your identity)
- Transaction records for subscription purchases (required for 7 years for tax/legal compliance)
Timeline: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile is deleted
immediately upon confirmation.

Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data and Health Data, is processed by our Service Providers (like
Firebase/Google) which may be located internationally. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your
submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Firebase Security Rules to protect database access
- Secure authentication through Firebase Auth
- App Check to prevent unauthorized API access
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to
protect Your data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child
has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link,
You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every
